Therapy for women’s issues
A dedicated space for the concerns and transitions women navigate across every season of life — identity, relationships, body image, career, caregiving, and fertility. In person in Jacksonville Beach or by telehealth anywhere in Florida.
Your concerns, taken seriously
Many of the pressures women carry are treated as background noise — expected, minimized, or managed alone. Therapy offers a different kind of room: a place where the weight of competing roles, changing bodies, shifting relationships, and unspoken expectations gets taken seriously, and where you decide what a meaningful next chapter looks like.
Who this is for
- Life transitions — marriage, divorce, a move, career change, loss, or a chapter closing before the next one is clear
- Body image and the pull of diet culture
- Perfectionism, people-pleasing, and burnout
- Relationship patterns you keep finding yourself in
- Fertility, pregnancy, and postpartum concerns (see infertility counseling and perinatal therapy)
Infertility counseling
The fertility journey can hold grief, hope, envy, waiting, and uncertainty all at once — often invisibly, while life is expected to carry on as normal. Infertility counseling now has its own dedicated page, covering what this support looks like, when to reach out, and how it fits alongside fertility treatment.
How therapy helps
Work together is collaborative and values-based, drawing on acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and interpersonal approaches. Change often starts with untangling which expectations are actually yours — and continues by testing new perspectives and choices in a space that’s entirely on your side.
